EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of psychotherapy that enables a person to heal the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
How it works:
Following an initial screening, an intake appointment will be scheduled.
During this appointment the client will identify target areas / memories to be processed.
Subsequent sessions will focus on enhancing the capacity to self-soothe and process disturbances.
