What is psychotherapy?
The psychotherapeutic experience is one which can lead to great self-discovery, as well as healing. It is of utmost importance for you to feel safe while collaborating with your therapist in working to alleviate your concerns. While in session, our psychotherapists will discuss with you your goals for therapy, or help you to form goals which you feel are most pertinent.
During your therapeutic work with our clinical staff, you are encouraged to share your thoughts, concerns, personal history, etc. in an environment free of judgment. The purpose of therapy is to challenge you in a healthy manner to achieve emotional growth, while collaborating to focus on reaching your goals and improving your life circumstances.
